Participants in the Upcycle Design Competition & Fashion Experience must follow the official competition briefing and instructions provided by the organizers.

Create their garments on-site using approved materials.
Follow the allowed and prohibited materials policy.
Follow safety requirements and instructions from event staff.
Ensure garments are wearable, properly constructed, and safe for models.
Respect fellow competitors, models, judges, organizers, and staff.
